Traces of You, Traces of Me

We are tied to everyone around us, often in ways we cannot see. In this installation, visitors leave white footprints on a black floor. The footprints visually embody an individual's decision process of where to move in the space. These marks (traces of past decisions) are thus recorded, and new visitors must decide how to react. Where will they leave their footprints in relation to everyone else's?

The installation was shown at the RedLine Retrospective Exhibition (December 2016) and "Sharav" (January 2017), hosted by RedLine, HaHistadrut 80, Beer Sheva, Israel.
